With over 17 years of professional experience working with infants, toddlers and young children, I have supported families in Singapore across a wide range of Early Childhood settings from the earliest months of infancy through the preschool years.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, alongside multiple ECDA-recognised professional qualifications within Singapore’s Early Childhood sector. I am a Certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant (IPSP), providing families with developmentally informed and evidence-based guidance for infant and child sleep in Singapore.

Newborn Sleep Support Package
(0-3 Months)
The newborn stage can feel overwhelming, as you and your baby adjust to a completely new rhythm together.
This one-month, in-home support programme provides gentle, responsive guidance to help you build healthy sleep foundations with confidence.
Infant & Child Sleep Support Package
(4 Months+)
Frequent night wakings, bedtime resistance, short naps and early morning wake ups are some of the most common sleep challenges families experience.
This collaborative in-home support programme helps parents understand their child’s sleep and build sustainable routines with confidence.
