Newborn Sleep Support Package (0–3 Months)

The newborn stage can feel overwhelming. Your baby is adjusting to a completely new world, while you are recovering and trying to make sense of unfamiliar patterns, frequent wakings, and shifting routines.

If you find yourself second-guessing what is normal, or unsure how to support your baby’s sleep, you are not alone.

At this stage, newborns are still developing their circadian rhythm and do not yet have established sleep patterns. Challenges such as day and night confusion, evening fussiness, and frequent wakings are common.

While structured sleep training is not appropriate at this age, we can begin laying gentle, responsive sleep foundations that support your baby’s natural development, while making day-to-day life feel more manageable for you.

My approach goes beyond sleep alone. By working with you in your home, I consider your baby’s development, daily rhythms, and environment to understand what may be influencing their sleep to guide you in a way that is both responsive and practical for your family.

I have designed a high-touch, one-month support package with in-home, in-person guidance, allowing recommendations to evolve alongside your baby’s growth and responses. I limit the number of families I work with each month to ensure that every family receives my full support.

The Newborn Sleep Guidance Package (0–3 Months) is priced at $1500 and includes: one in-home consultation (60–90 minutes), weekly in-home guidance sessions (1 hour each), personalised sleep guidelines tailored to your child and refined weekly, and ongoing WhatsApp support throughout the month.

Below is a detailed explanation of the process so that you know what to expect.



Intake, Payment and Booking

Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you an intake form to gather information about your newborn’s sleep routines, environment, and current patterns. Please share as much detail as you can, as this allows me to prepare initial guidelines tailored to your family.

You will also receive an invoice and a service agreement outlining the package details. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received, and a receipt will be issued.


Personalised Sleep Guidelines

Based on your intake form, I will prepare your child’s first set of personalised sleep guidelines for the first week of our one-month package. Updated versions will be provided weekly as we progress.

These guidelines will cover key areas of newborn sleep, such as day and night recognition, building sleep pressure, and creating a supportive sleep environment, with practical steps tailored to your baby’s current stage and needs.

Rather than a structured plan, this will be presented as a set of flexible guidelines. This approach provides clarity while allowing us to stay responsive to your baby’s cues and natural development.

The guidelines will be reviewed and updated weekly, so it continues to reflect your baby’s growth and changing needs.


In-Home Consultation (60-90 minutes)

We will arrange an in-home consultation at your residence, where I will walk you through the key considerations of newborn sleep and go through the personalised sleep guidelines for the first week.

I will also observe your baby’s sleep environment and the spaces where routines take place, and offer practical, gentle recommendations where helpful.

During this session, we will clarify goals and discuss what to expect over the month, so you feel clear and supported moving forward. You are encouraged to ask questions and share any concerns.

Your one month of support will begin immediately after this consultation.


Weekly In-Home Guidance Sessions (1 hour each)

The package includes weekly in-home guidance sessions, each lasting about one hour.

Sessions can be scheduled at times when you need more support, such as before naps or bedtime, so guidance can be applied directly within your daily routines.

During these sessions, I will support you through routines, observe your baby, and suggest practical adjustments in real time as we refine the approach together.


One Month of Ongoing WhatsApp Support

From the start of the package, I will create a WhatsApp group chat with you and any caregivers involved in your newborn’s care.

You may share updates on your baby’s sleep, behaviour, and any new developments, as well as how the suggested strategies are going. This allows us to review patterns and make adjustments along the way.

The aim is to provide ongoing support and continuity throughout the process.

You are welcome to ask questions at any time. I typically respond within a few hours between 10am to 6pm.


Final Personalised Guidelines

Based on how your baby responded during the month, I will prepare a final guideline summary with guidance on what to expect as your baby continues to grow, and how you can adapt to those changes.

This serves as a clear and practical reference as you move forward independently.
