Infant & Child Sleep Support Package (4 Months+)
Frequent night wakings, short naps, bedtime resistance, and early morning wake-ups are some of the most common challenges families experience as their baby or child grows.
If your child relies heavily on rocking, feeding, or your presence to fall asleep, or if sleep has started to feel unpredictable and difficult to manage, you may be looking for a more sustainable way forward.
Sleep challenges at this stage are often not just about sleep alone. They can be influenced by your child’s development, daily routines, environment, and how they have learned to settle.
My approach focuses on understanding your child as a whole. By working with you in your home, I observe your child within their natural environment and guide you in implementing a sleep approach that is tailored, realistic, and sustainable for your family.
I have designed a high-touch, two-week support package with in-home, in-person guidance, so that I can support you through both planning and implementation. I limit the number of families I work with each month to ensure that every family receives my full attention and care.
The Infant & Child Sleep Support Package (4 Months+) is priced at $1500 and includes: one in-home consultation (60–90 minutes), one personalised sleep plan, one in-home guidance session (2–3 hours), two weeks of close WhatsApp support, and one personalised closure guide.
Below is a detailed explanation of the process so that you know what to expect.
Intake, Payment and Booking
Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you an intake form to gather information about your child’s sleep patterns, routines, and history. Please share as much detail as you can, as this helps me prepare a sleep plan tailored to your child and family.
You will also receive an invoice and a service agreement outlining the package details. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received, and a receipt will be issued.
In-Home Consultation (60–90 minutes) and Personalised Sleep Plan
Based on your intake form, I will prepare a draft two-week sleep plan tailored to your child and your family’s routines.
During the in-home consultation, I will observe your child’s sleep environment, provide feedback, and walk you through the plan in detail. I will also explain the key principles behind the approach, so you feel confident implementing it at home.
The plan will be refined based on our discussion and any additional insights gathered during the session. A finalised version will be shared with you within 24 hours, and we will agree on a start date for the two-week implementation.
You are encouraged to ask questions and share any concerns. I work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to ensure the plan feels practical and sustainable for your family.
One In-Home Guidance Session (2–3 hours)
The package includes one in-home guidance session, which can be used at any point during the two-week programme.
During this session, I will be in your home to support you as you carry out the sleep plan with your child. Some families choose to schedule this on the first night, while others prefer to use it later if they encounter challenges and would benefit from additional support.
If your child may be sensitive to the presence of a new person, the session can be conducted via video call or live WhatsApp support within the same time period.
Two Weeks of Ongoing WhatsApp Support
From the start of the package, I will create a WhatsApp group chat with you and any caregivers involved in implementing the sleep plan.
You may share updates on your child’s naps, night sleep, mood, and behaviour, as well as how the plan is progressing. This allows us to review patterns, make adjustments, and refine the approach together over the two weeks.
You are welcome to ask questions at any time. I typically respond within a few hours between 10am to 6pm.
Personalised Closure Guide
At the end of the two-week package, I will provide a personalised closure guide outlining next steps.
This will include guidance on maintaining consistency based on how your child responded, as well as practical advice for navigating upcoming changes such as regressions or travel.
By the end of the programme, most families see meaningful improvements in their child’s sleep and feel more confident continuing independently.
